Hi! I’m Charlotte, founder of Babsy’s Bakes, and my mission is to sweeten people’s lives with delicious treats, promising ‘Love at first bite’. I founded Babsy’s Bakes in memory of my Nana ‘Babsy’ in 2021. She was an amazing and talented lady who taught me to bake and inspired me to get creative in the kitchen! Artistic by nature, I love nothing more than to experiment with new recipes and flavours. For years I would only share my creations with family and friends, but with their positive feedback and encouragement, and with my Nana looking down on me, I finally took the leap and stepped out of my comfort zone to launch Babsy’s Bakes.
