Located on a local farm, these bees are pollinating oilseed rape and field beans but with a twist - The farmer sowed phacelia which pops up in between crops as it is self seeding and gives a added flavour to the mix.
This honey will crystallize but with a light crystal so although it hardens, it has a smooth texture.
