Our Honey is produced sustainably by taking only the excess that will go to waste over the winter months. As Myst~Tree Honey is virtually unprocessed, there may be very fine flakes of wax floating on the surface of the Honey; these are perfectly safe to eat and their presence is a testament to how little handling there has been between Hive and Jar.
