Apéritif and food-friendly rosé from 100% Pinot Noir

A wonderful bright appearance with a striking, medium salmon colour and delicate legs. The nose is fuller than the 2019 with aromas of delicious red summer fruits of raspberry, redcurrant and a pinch of spicy dried tangerine. The palate is broad and ripe with notes of cranberry, tayberry and strawberry balanced by Bride Valley's crisp citrus acidity. A perfect summer aperitif and wonderful with fresh Dorset scallops.

The wine base is the second pressing (known in Champagne as la taille) of our best Pinot Noir grapes that make the Rosé Bella sparkling wine, to which we have blended still white wine from our Pinot Noir grapes to freshen the colour to a lively pink while preserving all the red fruits of an English summer.
