The summer heat of 2020 is evident in the density of the wine, with the Merlot being picked earlier to maintain the freshness and round characteristic, the Cabernet Sauvignon making the majority of the blend to provide the structure and elegance, with the Petit Verdot from the oldest vines adding the finnesse and undeniable character found in the Château Angludet wines.
30% aged in amphorae with the remainder in a blend of new and old oak, this wine is praised to be 'a little jewel', with the amphorae seamlessly weaving the blend to create a suave and well-balanced finish.
46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot
