Our tail fillets smoked trout are ideal for a light dinner or special treat. The tail pack is ideal to feed 1 person, the weight is between 50 and 99g.

Our tail/back smoked trout fillets are ideal for a light dinner or special treat. The tail/back pack is ideal to feed between 1 to 2 people, the weight is between 100 and 124g.

Our middle/back smoked trout fillets are ideal for a light dinner or special treat. The middle/back pack is ideal to feed between 1 to 2 people, the weight is between 125 and 149g.

Our middle/front smoked trout fillets are ideal for a dinner or special treat. The middle/front pack is ideal to feed between 1 to 2 people, the weight is between 150 and 175g.

Our kama/front smoked trout fillets are ideal for a dinner and Christmas treats. The kama/front pack is ideal to feed between 2 to 3 people, the weight is between 175 and 200g.

 

The packs should be kept refrigerated and use by the best before date. All our fillets and sides can be frozen and should be used within 3 months of freezing.

We use Hampshire trout caught in the gin crystal clear chalk stream waters of Hampshire’s nutrient-rich rivers to make our smoked fillets. We prepare and pin bone the side of trout, then cure the trout with our unique brine ready for hot smoking using an aromatic mix of apple, oak and a little hickory. The result is a gift to the senses: succulent fillets with a golden brown glow encouraging taste with its deep and layered smoky aroma.
